Snagglepuss

Snagglepuss, the sartorially elegant lion, was created by Hanna Barbera in 1959. In his early career, this witty feline was a bit-part player in other characters' shows, notably Quick Draw McGraw. He first met his arch-enemy, Major Minor the hunter, in 1960. Major Minor played a somewhat less silly Elmer Fudd to Snagglepuss's Bugs Bunny.

Star Fleet

In the early 1980s a puppetry show arrived on TV screens in the UK which was markedly different from anything that had gone before. For a start, it wasn't made by Gerry Anderson. It had a rock and roll soundtrack, an ongoing plot, and characters dying left right and centre. Queen's Brian May was so impressed by it he covered the theme tune.

Star Trek, Animated

The Star Trek animated series - an oft forgotten cartoon - ran for 22 episodes beginning in 1973. Based on the original TV series, it followed up on stories and ideas already featured on the show, such as 'More Tribbles, More Troubles' - the sequel to 'The Trouble with Tribbles'. Many of the characters were voiced by the original series cast, including William Shatner as Kirk, and Leonard Nimmoy as Spock.

Submarine Adventure

Do you recognize these captures? They are from what we called "The Submarine Adventures" in IRAN. I think it was Czeck or something... similar to the animation of THE MOLE and Boolek and Loolek.
