This cartoon from the early 80's was Spanish originally. Dogtanian (catchphrase - "Huh?") and his zany mouse friend join the king's Musketeers for much rollicking, drinking, slicing up of badly-animated apples in mid-air etc. Dogtanian fancied a girl called Juliet. Because of the Spanish origin, the English actors had to talkveryfast!
